I’m Chelsea. I’ve grown up in the frozen yogurt and ice cream business. It all started out in the Virgin Islands where my family distributed ice cream to most of the islands, including Puerto Rico.
I spent many of my childhood days sitting eating ice cream in jackets that were far too big for me and I had permission to do so! … as long as I ate my vegetables first.
As frozen yogurt became more popular, I became obsessed. I love it! And it’s healthier than ice cream so that’s certainly a plus. I figured I would start this website and review everything there is to review about frozen yogurt. I’ve earned quite a bit about the business over the years and know what it takes to run a successful frozen yogurt store. I also have had the opportunity to try many different mixes, liquid and powder. Opening your own frozen yogurt business can be confusing. There is a lot to consider. Financials, suppliers, distributors, equipment, machines, mixes, location and much more. To run a successful business you need to know the ins and outs of the frozen food industry so that you can start your business off on the right foot.
